Ingredients
*flour 450gr
*sugar 140gr
*butter 250gr
*eggs 2 units
PREPARATION
First of all put in a bowl the butter and sugar , beat until get a smooth cream.
Then add the eggs and beat again.
Next add the flour and knead 2 minutes until all well mixed.
After that wrap it in cling film and leave the dough in to the refrigerator for one hour. Then knead the dought with the help of a roller to form a thin layer and cut it with the molds. We put it in the oven at 170 degrees and we bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
Let it cool and they are ready to taste!
