- 150g cookies
- 70g butter
- 200g sugar
- 500ml milk
- 2 curd sachets
- 3 eggs
- 6 cheeses
- Raspberry jam
INSTRUCTIONS:
- We crush the cookies until a this paste is left and add the butter. We take an oven mold, we put that cookie dough, we put it in the oven at 180 °, for 10 minutes.
- While in a saucepan we put the milk and the two curd sachets on the fire, stir, and remove before it starts to boil. We let it cool.
- In a blender we put the eggs, sugar and six cheeses and beat very well. Then we add what we have beaten to the milk with curd and we mix the mixture in the mold, where the cookies are.
- Once cold, we put it in the refrigerator, about 4 or 5 hours until it is compact. Before serving, we spread the raspberry jam on top.
