Ingridients:
150 grams of carrot
150 grams of flour
100 grams of brown sugar
100 grams of icing sugar
250 grams of cream cheeese
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cinnamon tablespoon
vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
To decorate throw carrot sweeys
Preparation:
First of all:
Peel the carrots and grate them.
Secondly:
Take a bowl an break the eggs, add the brown sugar and beat well. Then add the oil, the salt,the cinnamon and sift the flour. Next,add the baking powder and beat a little more. Finally add the grated carrot and put all the mix into a mold and cover with baking paper. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
The frosting:
Place together in a bowl in the icing sugar and the cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
Next:
Cut the cake in half and spread a layer of frosting.
Finally:
Cover the cake with the frosting and put it in the fridge.
Leave it cool and would be ready to eat!!!
