Chocolate cookies
Ingredient:
165 grms of flour.
25 gr of cacoa.
70gr of sugar.
125 gr of butter
Elaboration:
First,cut the butter into cubes.
Second,put the flour,the cocoa, the sugar and the butter in a large bowl. Mix all them until form a ball.
Third,divide the dough into a small balls and roll the dough out until flat.
Finally,place on a tray with baking paper and bake for about 13 minutes at 200°.
