METHOD:
First of all boil four eggs.Then heat the oil in a pan and when it's hot,add onion chopped in small pieces.
Once the onion is fried,add the fried tomato.
Next add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oregan.
Now add the tuna, and mix well.
When all is ready cooked,put the cooker off.
When the eggs are boiled,remove them from the fire and cut them is small pieces.
Heat the oven at 200 degrees.
Then unroll the pastry.From one end,cut two thinstrips and keep it.
Fold in half the reamaining pastry and a half add the fried tomato and tuna mixture.
Continue adding the egg and red pepper.
Then get other half and place ton the top.
Place the two thin strip of before on the top.As decoration.
Using a fork,close well the edges.
Spread all the pie whith a brush and a egg.
Next make the hole as a chimeney in the center of the pie.
And finally put in the oven four abaut 30 minutes.
