Potatoes omelette
Ingredients for 4 person.
5 big potatoes.
half an onion.
4 eggs.
pinch of salt.
olive oil.
Elaboration:
First, peel and chop the potatoes and onion. We add a pinch of salt. Next we fry the potatoes in olive oil.
Second, we whisk the 4 eggs with a pinch of salt; and we add the potatoes and onions.
Third, we pour the mixture in the pan, with hot olive oil.
Finally, once done on both sides it is ready to serve it.
