Ingredients:
- 1 kg of force flour.
- 25 gr of salt.
- 100 gr of fat.
- Half a liter of water.
Method for the dought:
First of all add the streught flour, the salt, the fat and pour half liter of water.
Then knead until to get a dought.
Finally add the butter to 900 gr of the dough and fold the puff pastry.
