COCONUT BALLS
220 gr of grated coconut.
200 gr of sugar.
120 ml of water.
1 tablespoon of vainilla essence.
200 gr of dark chocolate to melt.
25gr of butter and chocolate balls.
Coconut balls step by step or method or instructions.
We put in a saucepan the water with the sugar and the vainilla, stirring until the sugar is dissolved completely. It is not necessary to boil for a long time only until the sugar dissolves perfectly.
Remove from heat and add the coconut mixing all well integrating everything until geta dough.
Let the mixture cool and rest for a couple of hours into the frindge to make it easier to mange later. To rest for a couple of hours in the refrigerator so that it easier to work.
Once cold, put latex gloues on or grase your hand with sunflouwer oil. Next, melt the butter in a bain marie or in a microwave.
After prick the coconut balls witch a toothpick and dip the balls into the melted chocolate, drain them a little and place them on a baking paper on a flot surlace.
Finally, keep them cold serving and enjoy!!!
