Amazing aubergine rolls
Ingredients:
Two large aubergines.
One tomato.
One green pepper.
One onion.
¼ chopped veal.
100 grams of grated cheese.
Two spoons of olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
250 grams of fried tomato.
( wash vegetables thoroughly before cooking)
Method
Chop the pepper, tomato and onion.
Add the salt.
Pour the two spoons of oil in a pan and fry the vegetables over low heat.
Add minced meat and cook until meat is toasted.
Peel and slice the aubergines.
Put water to boil in a saucepan and add the aubergine slices.
Spread the aubergine slices in a baking dish.
Place on top the meat and vegetables that we have fried and roll the aubergine sheets.
Cover the rolls with fried tomato.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 250°. Cook the rolls for 30 minutes.
Present your delicious rolls on a nice plate decorated with a mint leaf.
