Gazpacho by Aroa.

GAZPACHO.


Ingredients:


-½ kg of tomatoes

-½ of green pepper

- a garlic clove

-1 dl of olive oil

- 4 tablespoons of vinegar

-fine salt.


Method:


1 First of all, cut the tomatoes and the pepper.

2 Then, toss the tomatoes, peppers and garlic in the mixer.

3 Mix everything with of olive oil, salt and 4 tablespoons of vinager.

4 Put the mixture in the fridge for two hours.




Muffins by Aroa.

Muffins recipe

Ingredients:

-Lemon zest

-¼ of sugar

-¼ of milk

-¼ of sunflower oil

-400 grams of flour

-1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method:

1 First of all, beat the eggs, add the sugar and remove.We light the oven.

2 Then, add the oil, the milk and lemon zest until it mixes well.

3 Mix the flour and the baking powder into other bowl and mix everything slowly.

4 Next, the mixture is poured into the molds.

5 Last of all, put them in the oven at 180º for 40 minutes.







Cupcakes by Adriana

                        CUPCAKES

 INGREDIENTS

2 cups 350gr flour
1 cups 300gr sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1 cup 360ml oil would only put 250ml of oil
1 cup 240ml buttermilk 
30ml red food coloring
1 teaspoon 5ml white vinegar
1 teaspoon 5ml vanilla extract

PREPARATION
First preheat the oven to 175 . Then mix the dry ingredients in a bowl , sift theme and set aside .In another bowl mix the wet ingredients well. Incorporate 1/3 of the dry ingredients over the wet ones , and ingrate.Go throwing the rest of the dry ingredients ,with veloping movements , until they are just in corporated , but well integrated .Next put tablespoons of this mixture on a muffin tray, and fill the parts .Enter in preheated oven for 15 minutes, on until it is clean when pricked with a toothpick.

Cream Cheese Frosting

 INGREDIENTS
250gr  cheese spread at room temperature 185gr of butter at room temperature 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 500gr sugar glass.
  
 PREPARATION
Beat all ingredients except 1 glass sugar of 1 minute. Add the sugar little by little until it is well incorporated .To finish, decorate the cupcakes with the fresting.😃😃😃😃

CRISPY BAKED OR FRIED CHICKEN






INGREDIENTS  ( 2 O 3 PEOPLE)


1 clove of garlic

1 lemon

6 crackers

2 tablespoons of butter

4 sprigs of fresh parsley

freshly ground sea salt and black pepper

2 heaped tablespoons of flour

A big egg

2 skinless breasts

olive oil






ELABORATION:




  1. Peel ther garlic and the lemon zest.

  2. Put the cookies in a food processor with the butter, garlic, parsley springs, lemon zest and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Grind until the mixture is very fine and then pour these crumbs on a plate.

  4. Sprinkle flour on a plate.

  5. Beat the egg in a small bowl with a fork.

  6. Mark the bottom of the chickens lightly.

  7. Dip the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg and finally in the crumbs.

  8. Bread well pressing hard.

  9. And now cook the chicken in two ways:

  10.  To bake the chicken: preheat the oven to high temperature, place the chicken on a tray and cook 15 minutes.

  11. To fry the chicken: Put on a medium heat a frying pan with olive oil and cook 4 o 5 minutes on each side until golden and crips.

  12. To serve your chicken: Cut into strips and place on a plate, serve with lemon and a pinch of salt.

Prawn noodles by Marina.

HOMEMADE PRAWN NOODLES


INGREDIENTS 

  • 50 g sesame oil

  • 100 g green pepper strips

  • 100 g red pepper strips

  • 1 teaspoonful of ginger powder

  • 30 g soy sauce

  • 20 g of fish sauce

  • 250 g raw and peeled prawn 

  • 1 liter of water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 300 g of noodles


Step 1

In a wide frying pan we put the oil and heat.

Step 2

When the oil is hot, add the peppers, ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce and leave on the fire, stirring occasionally for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

Step 4

We put the water to boil in a large saucepan and add the salt.

Step 5

When the water boils, add the noodles and cook for as long as the package indicates. Drain the noodles and mix with the rest.


Potatoes omelette by Manuel.

 Potatoes omelette

Ingredients for 4 person.


  • 5 big potatoes.

  • half an onion.

  • 4 eggs.

  • pinch of salt.

  • olive oil.


Elaboration:


  • First, peel and chop the potatoes and onion. We add a pinch of salt. Next we fry the potatoes in olive oil.

  • Second, we whisk the 4 eggs with a pinch of salt; and we add the potatoes and onions.

  • Third, we pour the mixture in the pan, with hot olive oil.

  • Finally, once done on both sides it is ready to serve it.

Brownie chocolate

Today I am going to prepare an easy chocolate brownie recipe that you will surely love, it is delicious.






Ingredients:


200 g dark chocolate

110 g butter

4 eggs

120 g sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

85 g flour

Baking soda

Walnuts

Chocolate chips




HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE



1º.  In a bowl we put the chocolate and the butter. We put it in the microwave at medium temperature so that it melts. Once melted we mix it very well.



2º.  We put the 4 eggs and the sugar in a bowl.

 


3º.  Add the flour and the teaspoon of baking soda. We mix very well.



4º.  We add the chocolate that we have melted together with the butter and the touch of vanilla. We keep mixing.



5º.  Add the nuts and the chocolate chips.

 


6º.  In a baking dish we put a little butter and flour so that the brownie does not stick to us.

 


7º.  Incorporate the mixture and cover with some seeds and nuts. We introduce in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180º.



8º.  Once the brownie is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool to room temperature.



9º.  When it has cooled, you are ready to serve and eat.
